A little LMB update 🤍

This is a post I’ve been putting off writing, mainly because I don’t think I was ever going to feel completely ready to say goodbye to the salon, but after a lot of thought I’ve made the difficult decision to officially close LMB from the 1st of October.

I only found out that I’ve been given an operation date for the 14th of September, which means things have unfortunately happened a little quicker than I ever expected.

Because of this, this coming week will now be my final week working in the salon, and I’ll be working as normal right up until my operation. I don’t know what my recovery is going to look like afterwards, so I won’t be taking or planning any appointments after my operation date.

For anyone who is currently booked in after the 14th, I’ll be in touch with you individually, and I’ll also be messaging all of my regular clients separately over the next few days. 🤍

I’m really sorry this means there isn’t as much notice as I would have liked to give everyone. I’d always imagined that whenever the time came to close LMB, I’d have much more time for final appointments and proper goodbyes, but unfortunately things haven’t quite worked out that way.

LMB has been such a huge part of my life over the last few years and I genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for supporting me and my little business. I’ve met so many amazing people through the salon, many of whom have become much more than just clients, and I’ll always be grateful for that. 🥹🤍

It’s definitely bittersweet closing this chapter and I don’t think saying goodbye to the salon will ever feel easy, but I feel like now is the right time for me to take a step in a different direction and see what comes next.
