I keep seeing these posts today, and feel I need to share these words of wisdom with whoever needs to read them.

I have been here on my own journey and I’m forever grateful that I chose to put courage before confidence.

I was the girl that pushed myself to make the changes, to believe in myself, to trust in the process and to ignore the fear, and that’s the hardest part!

So if your reading this knowing that you want a better life, if your unhappy, feel like you have no real purpose, demotivated or stuck in one or more areas of your life…..

Then make the changes, take the leap of faith, your a soul within a human body, you make the choices, stop allowing external forces and influences to control your existence.

What a gorgeous evening at our monthly beauty & wellness club. 🤎

We shared hand massages, we did a autumnal guided meditation 🍁 and had the wonderful Lucy Cleland our local Nutritional therapist provide us with a talk and a delicious home made soup 🥣(made on site Bene Gelateria)

It was fabulous to see some new attendees. 😍

Next months theme is spooky Halloween facial masks, we have Parisian cacoa tasting and a talk from one of our guest speakers and a talk on your spirit guides. Thursday 22nd October 7-9pm All welcome x
