After a wonderful break with the family and fur babies 🐾 🐾 I had so much planned for September, I’ve sadly put a hold to this… in your favour! 😉

Due to my daughter not enrolling yet, I still don’t know her college time table and nor does NDC. The good news is, we should know by the end of the week, so come next week I may have to juggle a few of you around, I’m really sorry! I hate not being organised and everything in the air.

So prices will go up in October!! Don’t panic, it’s only a small adjustment, but needs to be done as it’s been 2 years 😳

My days / times will be adjusted from October too. So all will remain the same for now as much as possible.

The road from Barnstaple to Fremington is open 🥳 so lots of good news for September really 😂

What a week!? Battling in this heat has been a nightmare, so thanks for your patience and either working with early starts or praying another day is more bearable!?

The road closure has really tested us. However when you see the road closed sign at Instow, 5 signs down you’ll see it’s open to Fremington Quay!? Like anyone driving has enough time to read all the signs! 🚧

Not to mention me hobbling about 🙄 However I made this week! 🙌🏽

As some of you know a week today we will be taking on our adventure. We’re both a mix bag of emotions from excitement to nerves!

We’ve already raised £651.00 for the The Devon Clinic Paignton and we’d love to raise more. So thank you to everyone who has supported us, not just in donations, but helping us with the training and being forgiving when this has absorbed our lives since March. I certainly underestimated how much time all this will take. It certainly would be quicker to train for a marathon 😂 🥴

I’ll add our trackers on the day, for those of you who want to check in on us. Let’s pray 🙏🏽 the weather stays as planned between 16-20 degrees and dry!! 🌤️

For now we’ve done our miles needed, we’re just keeping the legs moving so we are fully charged 🔋 for the day.

I will be taking some time out for a few days, then back to it. I certainly won’t be replying to messages over the weekend. Thank you for your support, it’s bean amazing and very appreciated!
