I don't like having to make posts like this, but I need to make an important update to my booking policy.
As many of you know, Ladies Day appointments are often booked months in advance. Unfortunately, late cancellations and unpaid appointments have a significant impact on my business, and as this is my livelihood, I need to protect my diary.
Going forward, full payment will be required at the time of booking for all Ladies Day appointments.
I'll also no longer be able to chase outstanding payments. Any unpaid balances must be cleared before any future appointments can be booked.
I keep appointments in good faith for clients I know but don't expect to be let down and then ignored!!
This isn't a decision I've taken lightly, but it's necessary to keep my business running.
Thank you so much to all of my lovely clients who continue to support and respect my policies – I truly appreciate every one of you. ❤️

I believe I've contacted all of my colour clients already, but if I've missed anyone, please get in touch and book now as I have very limited availability before I finish up.

My diary is also now OPEN for Christmas appointments, so if you'd like your festive appointment, please get booked in early to avoid disappointment. 🎄🥂
