CT Osteopathy
Osteopathy is an established, well recognised system of diagnosis and treatment whose main emphasis lies on the structural integrity of the body.
CT Osteopathy is a well established treatment and therapy business specialising in Osteopathy, Sports therapy, dry needling, core stability training, golf biomechanics and cranial massage. It is distinctive in that it recognises that much of the pain and disability we suffer from stems from poor function of the body’s structure, as well as the damage caused by disease and trauma. Osteopathy's main strength lies in the unique way a patient is assessed from a mechanical, functional and postural standpoint. The manual methods applied are tailored to the needs of each individual patient. Osteopaths use gentle stretching and mobilization techniques as well as manipulating joints, in order to create the perfect conditions to facilitate the healing process. Treatment usually consists of a combination of soft-tissue releasing techniques, and some specific adjustments affecting joints and soft-tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments). Advice can also be given on self-help treatments. Osteopathy is regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) which is a statutory self regulated body. It is illegal to practise as an osteopath unless registered by the GOsC. This protects the public by ensuring adequate training of osteopaths and ongoing learning (continual professional development or CPD is mandatory) is taking place to ensure knowledge is kept up to date.

Getting the keys to your own clinic after years of working in other people’s spaces is a pretty special feeling. Seeing patients walk through the door makes all the work to get there worthwhile. ❤️
My husband and I bought the building together, and on 8th June I opened my new CT Osteopathy clinic in Whiteley.
I’d spent years thinking about what I would do if I had my own space. This year, I finally got to turn those ideas into an actual clinic, and I’m so proud of the transformation.
If you’re new to the page, I’m Claire, a registered osteopath, qualified sports therapist and former international gymnast. It’s been a long old journey involving PE teacher training, retail, evening massage courses and eventually going back to university to study osteopathy!
I graduated in 2009 with first-class honours and have worked in elite sport as well as with people whose goals have nothing to do with a competition or finish line.
Being able to sleep comfortably, get through work or enjoy a walk matters too.
Now, I do like to talk 😂 But listening is a huge part of my job. I want to understand what’s been happening, explain things clearly and give you honest advice about how I can help.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported the move, visited the clinic or recommended me to someone else. Having this space to call my own has been a huge part of this year, and I’m very happy to share it with you.

The 5 best things about osteopathy??
1. A personalised approach
Every patient is different. Treatment can be tailored to their symptoms, needs, lifestyle and goals.
2. Helping people move more comfortably
Osteopathy can help manage musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, neck pain, joint stiffness and muscle tension.
3. Time to listen
Understanding a patient's concerns, history and daily challenges is an important part of care.
4. Hands-on treatment
Osteopaths use a range of manual techniques, alongside advice and exercises where appropriate, to help patients manage their symptoms.
5. Giving people confidence in their bodies
Helping patients understand their condition and find ways to stay active can make a meaningful difference to daily life.
CT Osteopathy.
We’ve got you ❤️

Welcome. There are no words ❤️
CT Osteopathy is finally ready to show and rent our amazing space.
It’s an amazing opportunity for someone with an established business to come in and be part of a multidisciplinary clinic. Everything is brand new, every aspect of what a health care practitioner needs has been accounted for.
Every detail but with a blank canvas to make it your own.
The biggest selling point is being within an established business for 25 years.
- complete temperature control for each room so full A/C and heating.
- fully fitted furniture which includes full fridge and full bin and recycle use. Storage and work station with sink and all fully no touch sink and tap and soap dispensers.
- fully sound proofed rooms. No walking around listening to everyone else’s conversations and noise.
- probably the best toilet available anywhere - you have to see it to believe it!!
- full use of receipt and waiting area.
- treat station with fridge and treats provided free of charge by owner for all clients and patients.
If you want to elevate and grow your business this is where it will happen. You have the support from me, the business owner….. together you can create a business that will fly…..
You get everything you need.
Give me a shout but the cinematography goes live soo. But the feel is in the visit. Hydraulic couch can be provided depending on the company / person x
After some interesting interactions this week it made me think about why choose Osteopathy.
I would really love to get all your feedback.
So it would mean the world if any of my patients and followers would copy and paste and send back to me. Absolutely non judgemental more of research project.
1. How did you find out about Osteopathy?

Hi to all.
So this is an introduction to me…….
I’m Claire. Founder, Clinical Director and Owner of CT Osteopathy
CT OsteopathyCT Osteopathy
25 years of running an Osteopathic and Sports Therapy Clinic locally within the Fareham, Hampshire area.
I’ve spent years building a business not through advertising, not through (now) social media and not by ‘promoting myself’ every time someone in pain is looking for help.
CT Osteopathy is a business built with one core concept……
‘Symptoms vs Cause’
The new chapter is almost ready to go…
Some of you lovely loyal patients have already been in to experience what the dream has been.
This isn’t a ‘let’s make loads of money’ (I’m sure that comment alone will get critiqued), but with total honesty, passion and commitment this is what I want for every patient walking in through the door.
The videography drops soon and it’s been worth the wait….
2 treatment rooms to rent for the right person with the same attitude to growing a business. Launch is this week.
On a personal note I’d like to add a comment that came today by a new patient……
‘OMG….this is amazing, it’s like no other Osteopathic clinic I’ve ever seen’.
All the years, all the wait, all the effort.
One comment. One moment.
The review I’m sure will highlight this as I know it’s easy to rate your own business. CT Osteopathy has no reason to do this.
More to come…. ❤️
