Electric blue, deep indigo and smoky grey — I LOVE these colours together for autumn. A little bit moody, a little bit wild, and something completely different from the usual autumn shades.

All on Katie’s gorgeous natural nails and created using Magic Gel System ✨

When Autumn/fall meets the magic of cat eye… 🍂✨

Autumn nail season has officially arrived and we couldn’t think of a better way to start it! 🤎

Using the incredible Magic Red Cat Eye — honestly, the colour shift on this shade is something else. That deep autumn red changes completely as it catches the light, and we think the photos actually managed to capture the magic this time! ✨

For the accent nail we used Magic Beige Cat Eye, finished with a matte top coat to create the perfect surface for those simple autumn leaves. The leaves were then glossed to bring back that gorgeous shine against the matte cat eye underneath.

Simple, minimal, but SO effective. 🍁

There’s something about bringing the cat eyes back out for the season that just feels right… and this combination might be one of our favourites yet.

POV: Your client loves your nails so much she wants her own version… 👀💅

I created these as my little “I’m not quite ready to let go of summer, but autumn is definitely calling” set… and then my lovely client spotted them and said “I want those!” 🥹

Obviously we couldn’t go completely matching 😂 so I switched things up and created her own variation — same gorgeous turquoise, ocean-y feel, but with a few little changes.

For the soft pink base, I used the new Sheer Pink Top shades, then brought the whole look together using Magic MLaq Turquoise, Aqua Bay & Waves 🩵🌊✨

I LOVE seeing the two sets together!

BURGUNDY TORTIE 🍷🐢✨

This has to be one of my favourite autumn nail trends right now… the classic tortie has had a gorgeous burgundy makeover and I LOVE it! 😍

I’ve put together a little step-by-step carousel, so swipe through to see exactly how I created this look using some of the most beautiful rich autumn shades from Magic Gel System.

And there’s a little experiment in this one too! 👀

I created my own sheer burgundy jelly by mixing my Magic Gel colour to get exactly the depth and transparency I wanted, and I also tested a blooming gel which was kindly gifted to me by Madam Glam as part of the technique, which I absolutely loved and bloomed the tortie effortlessly.

The rest of the gel colours used throughout this design are all Magic Gel System. ✨

💖☀️ A LITTLE SUMMER CATCH-UP… ☀️💖

Well… we’ve finally landed in September! 🍂 Although judging by the rain today, I think autumn has well and truly arrived 😂☔️

It’s been a bit of a crazy few days here. My daughter has just started Year 7 and big school 🥹 (definitely a little lump-in-the-throat moment for this mum!) and my son is back to school too, so we’re slowly getting back to some sort of normality… whatever normal is! 😂

The summer holidays have been absolutely BONKERS and I’ve realised I have soooo many gorgeous nail photos that I haven’t even shared yet! So before I completely surrender to the autumn colours, I’m having a little summer catch-up. ☀️💅🏼

Starting with these beauties from about a month ago using Magic’s gorgeous Vivid Pink & Yellow 💖💛 with a little sparkle thrown in because… obviously! ✨

September always feels like such a fresh new start to me, but as a mum there’s something a little emotional about watching your babies head off into another school year and suddenly look that little bit more grown up. 🥹 Thankfully she’s happy and loving it, which makes my heart happy too. ❤️

So if you’ve had little ones (or not-so-little ones!) heading back to school this week, I hope it’s all gone brilliantly. Sending you lots of love from one mum to another. 🫶🏼

Now… let’s bring the brights back out for a minute and cheer up this rainy September day! 💖💛✨
