A little friendly reminder about my cancellation policy 💛

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. However, late cancellations and missed appointments can have a real impact on a small business, particularly when there isn’t enough notice to offer that time to someone else.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s support and understanding, so I just wanted to gently remind everyone of the cancellation policy below. Thank you so much for respecting my time as I will always do my very best to respect yours too. 🥰

24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Silk Beauty Exmouth

I understand that sometimes schedules change, and I am happy to accommodate when possible. However, to ensure that I can provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Policy Details:

1. Cancellations Made with More than 24 Hours’ Notice
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment will incur no charge.
2. Cancellations Made with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 100% of the booked service cost will be charged.
3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
• If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply if the service cannot be provided as planned.

Booking Deposits:

To secure your appointment, may require a non-refundable deposit of 30%, which will be applied toward the cost of your service. This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me via text, phone, email, or booking app].

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps me manage my schedule efficiently and provide the best possible service to all clients.
