This lovely client came to me after having her nose treated three times over the past four years.
Over time, the filler had migrated and was no longer giving us the shape or structure we wanted. We also noticed that her chin filler was becoming more noticeable when smiling.
Rather than adding more product, we’ve decided to dissolve both areas and reassess once everything has settled.
This is why I always say that more filler isn’t necessarily better. It’s about knowing when to treat, when to dissolve and when to leave things alone.
