Client Notice
* Please note, failure to show up for booked Salon appointments or last-minute cancellations has a major impact on our ability to manage clients and staff within our small business.

* We realise that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule changes, and we will do our best to accommodate this. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

* Failure to show for an appointment or cancellations without the appropriate notice may result in a late fee which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service, to be applied to future appointments.

* In addition, to respect the time of clients and staff, we ask that you be on time for your appointment.
Clients who arrive more then 30 minutes late for their appointment may forfeit their appointment and have to reschedule.

With a little creativity, plenty of texture and the right technique, we managed to tuck every last piece into this dreamy updo.
