This is me waxing my own eyebrows in my downstairs toilet 😂
I've been doing brows for 20 years and the saying is that brows should be sisters, not twins - but sometimes, mine aren't even friends 😂
It takes a little bit of work and regular grooming to make sure they get along with one another.
My favourite brow treatment is actually a brow lamination and very close second is hybrid brow tint 😍
As you can see here on this video, I do wax the top of the brow but I don't take any 'actual' brow from the top, only the strays and blondes. This just gives the brows a neater definition.
If you ever give it a go yourself at home always apply wax with hair growth and remove against, and always always always stretch the skin.
Ensure you always refrain from using any actives on skin, such as retinol, Vit C, salicylic acid etc. 5 - 7 days before any facial waxing treatment. This is because these are exfoliants and can make the skin thinner and sensitised. When you wax, you are taking off a layer of the epidermis, so if you wax over the top of a skin that's already been exfoliated then you are at high risk of grazing.
