⭐️ CLIENT WIN ⭐️
I absolutely love getting messages like this from clients! ❤️
Mark has just smashed his half marathon PB in Copenhagen — going from 2:33 to 2:18, and now under 2 hours! 👏🔥
And then I got this message…
“Thanks for keeping my body fit for running x I can’t believe how much I’ve improved from 2:33
my pb was 2:18 now under 2hrs and legs feel fab -
Right knee a bit sore but I’ll cope - Bring on Gdansk”
Massive congratulations Mark Reid👏👏👏

We did it! 💪
Louise my burpee broad jump saviour and an incredible partner. She just doesn’t stop!
Training programme by Nicolae Cojocaru thank you – I’d have given up otherwise!) and all done at the The Shed Health Club 🏋️♀️
How lucky are we to have this facility tucked away in the countryside!
Halfway through the training block came the realisation I had to get comfortable being uncomfortable 😅 That constant Zone 5 feeling… and my back and ankle weren’t thrilled either. Thanks to SPEAR Physiotherapy for getting me back on track!
So proud to support Kayleigh's Wee Stars💗 They’re doing amazing work – and their hoodies are the perfect post-training cosy!
Anyhoo… you’d think I’d just won an Olympic medal 😂
Amazing how hard you have to work just to be amazingly average.
Loved every minute.
