One of my favourite things about working from Caroline | Skin Specialist | Edinburgh is how calm and welcoming it feels 🤍

Soft, natural powder brows for a client with asymmetrical brows and naturally oily, porous skin

Every set of brows is different and some skin types can be more challenging to work with than others. Skin is a living organ and not a piece of paper we paint on without deeper consideration - oily and porous skin can be challenging during the treatment, which means careful planning, technique and colour choice that are a key to achieving a balanced result! ✍🏼

For this lovely client, the goal was to:
✔️ Improve symmetry
✔️ Create a more defined shape
✔️ Keep the overall look soft and natural
✔️ Complement her features

The brows in the photos are immediately after the first treatment which means they will soften significantly during healing ☺️ Once healed, the colour will appear a little lighter, more natural and the redness will completely disappear.

I’m so pleased with how these turned out and most importantly, my client is very happy with them! 🫶🏼

Lip Blush with cool-tone neutralisation 🤍
This client naturally had quite cool-toned lips so rather than simply adding pink pigment, I first needed to carefully neutralise those cooler undertones using a warmer shade.

Post-treatment swelling is common, absolutely normal and over the next few weeks the colour will soften and settle into a natural, balanced pink.

Every lip blush treatment is customised to the client’s natural lip colour, undertones and desired outcome. There is no one-size-fits-all pigment choice 💕

Fresh lip blush results immediately after treatment 🤎

This was our second lip blush appointment after a couple of years, refreshing the previous colour and bringing back more warmth and definition to the lips! ☺️

Immediately after treatment:
lips can appear darker and more defined
mild swelling is completely normal
the glossy finish comes from the CLEAR aftercare balm
colour will soften and heal a couple of shades lighter over the following weeks

Once healed, the result will look much softer and more natural

Every lip blush treatment is customised individually depending on:

• undertones
• desired healed result
• how subtle or defined the client would like to go
