The 70th L’Oreal Colour Trophy celebrated all that is great in hairdressing and left us feeling the camaraderie and the love.

Three promotions and lots to celebrate! 🥂
A massive congratulations to Rachel, Lauren and Hannah on their well-deserved promotions.
✨ Rachel is now our Head Technician. After picking up Head Stylist of the Year, Treatment Salesperson and Outstanding Hairdresser at our Achievement Awards earlier this year, it's safe to say she's having a pretty incredible year!
✨ Lauren has been promoted to Senior Salon Stylist. Fresh from winning Salon Stylist of the Year, this promotion is another fantastic milestone and so well deserved.
✨ Hannah is also now a Senior Salon Stylist. Since joining us as a trainee in 2022, she's worked incredibly hard, grown in confidence and developed into a brilliant stylist who our clients love.
We couldn't be prouder of all three of them. Watching people grow their careers is one of the best parts of what we do, and these promotions are so deserved. ❤️

We’re celebrating TWO exciting promotions across the Charlie Miller family.
Huge congratulations to Carla, who first joined us as a trainee back in 2013 and through years of creativity and a passion for colour, and has now been promoted to Head Technician at Holy Corner. What a journey!
And a massive well‑done to Ailsa, who qualified in 2025 and has already proven herself to be a rising star. She’s now officially a Senior Salon Stylist at Stockbridge after an amazing first year on the floor.

Judith, BBC Scotland’s much‑loved weather presenter and a childhood friend of Jason’s, visited us in December for a big hair transformation. She adored the result so much, she recently returned for a refresh cut… and honestly, we think she looks phenomenal. 😍

This week, we’re celebrating two truly incredible milestones in the Charlie Miller family; Lori marks 31 amazing years with us, and Miriam celebrates 25 years today.
A combined 56 years of dedication, creativity, and care… and countless clients who have sat in their chairs, trusted their expertise, and left feeling their absolute best.

We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news!
Ellie has been selected as a Regional Semi-Finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2026.
This prestigious competition celebrates the very best in hairdressing talent across the UK. Having already reached the Star Award Grand Final in London in 2023, Ellie is no stranger to this stage, and we can’t wait to see her bring her creativity to life once again.
She’ll be taking to the stage at The Engine Works in Glasgow on 15th April, showcasing her work live in front of industry experts, and we’ll be there cheering her on every step of the way.
