Hi folks, just a wee update.

I’ve made the difficult decision to increase my cancellation period from 24 to 48 hours notice for all bodywork and therapeutic sessions. As a small business, this helps me stay sustainable and cover costs when late cancellations happen.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours, I’ll do my best to fill your spot - if I can, you won’t be charged.

I love my practice and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

This weekend saw no work, something that’s not happened for quite the wee while, with a visit to the west coast to see my family on Saturday with my lovely lad which involved good craic, beach wandering and nice food (and also a dearth of photos as I forgot to take any). Then yesterday a day in Dunbar with one of my faves visiting the wonderful open studio (you’ll see my new favourite tea cup at the end). It’s been such a busy time lately so this was a beautiful, restorative weekend spending it with special folk. I hope you had a weekend filled with heart nourishing stuff too. Monday, I’m ready!
