On the eve of Good Girls Club #6 this landed in my inbox 🩷
As an OG Good Girl I’m not a natural rule breaker 🙃 so to be included in this has shown me that I am really working hard to make some change

Traitors is back and it’s about to be my WHOLE personality.
Every year I consider applying for the civilian version (weirdly haven’t been asked on the celeb version 🤷🏼♀️) but then I remember that there is not a hope in hell I could cope with being chosen as a traitor.
The inability to lie and the desperate need for justice would send me over the edge 🫠
F**k it 🤟🏼
Investing in yourself and your business is hard, but it’s worth it.
At the end of last year I committed to 6 months with the legend that is and I can’t even begin to explain what I got from this 🩷
Mostly I learnt to say ‘F**k It’ and do the thing 😎
I’ve made life long friends, I believe in myself, I’ve laughed and I’ve grown in ways that desperately needed to, and this has allowed me to shed parts of me that were holding me back 🙏🏼
So here I am ‘The Community Angel 😇’
Building a community that I love and (hopefully) helping so many Good Girls along the way 🩷
Thank you for the encouragement and thank you to ALL my amazing gals that have joined me this year 🙏🏼

Weirdly specific social interactions that make me feel 🥴
Hi 👋🏼 I’m Tammy and I’m a late diagnosed AuDHD hairdresser in Edinburgh 🤟🏼
These are my experiences. They are not solely relatable to neurodivergent people but I feel the discomfort is heightened for ME.
I would love to hear the random daily ‘humiliation’ rituals that send you over the edge so that I can feel better about mine, thanks xoxo
