I’ve found premises for the Monday morning for the same time 10-10.45 let me no if your still wanting to come along and I’ll get it booked. It’s still in seaham st Mary’s, Thursdays they can do but not until 7.45 pm I think that’s a bit late.

Unfortunately Pilates at the seafront has to be cancelled as the cafes been extended.

From the magical sunset sound baths, to the peaceful morning yoga stretches, mindset activities, and uplifting, relaxing sound baths, every moment was created with the intention of helping everyone slow down, reconnect and step outside of their everyday routines. 🧘‍♀️✨🤍

And of course… we can’t forget the most incredible food! 😍🍽️ The perfect addition to such a special few days.

But for now, I’m going to give myself some much-needed space to relax, reset my mind and body, and take it all in after what has honestly been one of the best—but busiest—jobs I’ve done in a long time. 💛

A huge thank you to every single person who allowed me to hold space for them. It’s truly a privilege to be part of your journey. Thank you also to everyone who chipped in and helped make this retreat so special.

And a very big shout-out to Claire—thank you for everything! 🫶

Finally, a massive well done to all of the lovely ladies who pushed themselves out of their comfort zones, embraced new experiences and truly showed up for themselves. You should all be incredibly proud! 💕
