Basic massage and acupressure techniques can help alleviate finger numbness caused by muscle tightness or nerve compression in the wrist and arm.
**Massage and Acupressure Methods to Relieve Finger Numbness** πββοΈπββοΈ
* **Forearm Muscle Massage:** Apply massage oil or balm to the inner and outer forearm. Gently massage and knead from the elbow down to the wrist to relax muscles that may be compressing the nerves.
* **Wrist Acupressure:** Use your thumb to apply gentle, sustained pressure to the point located approximately two inches above the inner wrist; this helps reduce nerve compression and alleviate finger numbness.
* **Palm and Finger Base Massage:** Use your thumb to massage in a circular motion over the palm and the base of each finger to stimulate blood circulation and reduce stiffness.
**Complementary Stretching Exercises**
***Wrist Stretch:** Extend your arm straight forward. Bend your palm upward and use your other hand to hold the stretch for 15 seconds. Then, switch to bending your palm downward and hold for another 15 seconds. Repeat this cycle three times to help relieve nerve compression at the wrist.
**Precautions and Recommendations**
**Avoid vigorous massage or forcefully bending the finger joints, as this could aggravate nerve inflammation.
* If numbness does not improve within 1β2 weeks, spreads to the arm, or is accompanied by weakness, consult a doctor or physical therapist for a proper diagnosis.

Causes of back pain:π
Most back pain (over 80%) is caused by muscle inflammation, but if there is numbness or radiation down the leg, it may be caused by a herniated disc pressing on the nerve, or if there is a high fever, it may be caused by pneumonia. The symptoms and initial causes should be observed as follows:
The Health Alliance.
π΄ Critical symptoms (See a doctor immediately)
Pain in the legs like an electric shock, numbness or weakness in the legs.
Inability to hold urine or f***s.
Severe lower back pain accompanied by high fever, chills, or cloudy urine/bloody (risk of nephritis)
π§ Symptoms caused by body structure and muscles
Muscle strain: It often causes dull Causes of back pain, and when pressed, you will notice clear pain points. This is caused by sitting in the wrong position, lifting heavy objects, or using the muscles repeatedly.
Herniated Disc: pain radiating from the waist through the hips down to the legs, coughing or sneezing, and the pain increases.
Spinal Stenosis: I experience severe pain in the lower back when walking for long periods or standing upright, but the problem improves when leaning forward.
