With so many different techniques, treatments and promises out there, it can be difficult to know what to look for.

I’m all for amazing results (who isn’t? 😂), but proper medical screening, realistic expectations and understanding your individual needs should always come first.

A good treatment isn’t just about how you look afterwards, but how you feel too. 🤎

This is maderotherapy, aka wood therapy and yes, it can look a little dramatic.

I use it as an add-on to lymphatic drainage when you want a bit more focus on sculpting, contouring and working into tighter areas.

Best suited to people who like a firmer treatment and want extra attention on areas like the stomach, waist, thighs or legs. They might look intense, but the treatment is always adapted to you 😊

3 months since I quit my 9-5 🤍

After doing this alongside my full-time job for 18 months, it still feels a bit surreal that this is actually my life now.

There are still worries, doubts and plenty of figuring things out as I go, but I’m really proud of the little life and business I’m building for myself.

Three months in, and I know I made the right decision 🤍

I’m definitely not saying don’t have the takeaway, buy the outfit or go for brunch! I love brunch too 🥂
But sometimes we’ll spend money without thinking twice on things that are gone in a day… then hesitate over something that actually makes us feel good.

Maybe it’s not always about the price. Maybe it’s about what we’re used to prioritising.
