📢 A Little Update from Us

During the school holidays we'll be finishing a little earlier on some days so we can spend some quality time with our families.

Our temporary closing times are:

🗓️ Thursday: 5:00pm
🗓️ Friday: 5:00pm

We just want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing, loyal customers. Your support means the world to us and has helped make our little barbershop what it is today.

Ok sorry everyone we are open thrusday, Friday and Saturday we're just going to finish at 4 on Friday 3rd July instead so things pretty much as normal apologise for my previous message many thanks 😊

A message to our customers.

Some of you may have seen a couple of recent negative reviews on google. We believe in being open and transparent, so we'd like to finally address them.

Firstly, the reviews relate to a recent period when we were trialling additional staff within the shop.

This was so we could look at expanding our business so we could cut down on waiting times, therefore we occasionally assess potential team members, but unfortunately not every trial works out as we would have hoped like in this instance.

The individuals concerned are no longer working within the business, and we will remain even more so committed to maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our customers have come to expect from us.

We also encourage anyone who is unhappy with their service to speak with us directly. We genuinely welcome the opportunity to listen and resolve concerns wherever possible.

As a small independent business, reviews have a significant impact, and we would always appreciate the chance to put things right before a customer leaves disappointed, as its never nice for us to read that someone was left feeling unhappy. Its our job to put a smile on your face and feeling positive

So to our loyal customers, thank you for your continued support, trust and recommendations. We never take them for granted.

We are back up and running on the card machine payments can now be accepted again thank you for tour understanding

Unfortunately Alans Barber shops, account details have been stolen today, HOW.... well we are still trying to figure this out!!!!

So we are not able to accept card payments for the foreseeable until we have made it 100% secure for our staffs sake as this is our livelihood !!

We are a small business and blows like this really do impact us and shows anyone can be a victim of theft.

Please be assured this has no effect to our customers details just ours, sadly.

However someone has had a nice spend on us, such as pizza's & appliances, tried an uber and nearly got away with £600 of shark ninja products 🤬 however frustrating and angering this is, we hope to resolve this as soon as possible.
