So some of you may have seen Hayley around the salon recently, and I thought it was about time I introduced her properly 🥰

Hayley is my daughter, she's 18 and has completed her beauty course at college, along with extra courses in lashes, facials etc to further her knowledge and techniques.

She's currently doing more courses and will continue to do so as she progresses in her career, as she is insistent on learning as much as she possibly can and getting as many different courses under her belt as possible! ❤️

You may have seen some of her work already, and she's now ready to start taking bookings for some treatments.

She may be quiet, but I've been watching her learn, practise and work with clients, and her confidence is growing massively 🥹🥰 I'm so proud of her and it's lovely seeing her develop her skills.

I'll be teaching her some of my own techniques along the way, but she'll also be learning from others and developing her own style as she goes.

THINGS I'D NEVER LET A CLIENT DO 👀

❌ Pay for a treatment that isn't actually suitable for them.

If I don't think it's going to achieve what you want, I'll tell you. Even if it means I lose the booking.

❌ Leave my salon looking worse than when you walked in.

Obviously 😂 but seriously, I'm not interested in doing a treatment just because you've asked for it. If I think something else would be more appropriate, I'll tell you.

❌ Overpay just because something has a fancy name slapped on it.

You should be paying for good treatments, good products, knowledge and results not over paying.

❌ Have fat dissolving treatment right before a night out.

Please don't 😂 and stay off the sun bed too!

Your body needs time to respond to the treatment and you don't want to be dealing with swelling, tenderness or bruising when you're supposed to be out enjoying yourself.

❌ Book something because someone on TikTok said it's the “best treatment”.

Your body isn't TikTok's body.

What works brilliantly for one person might be completely pointless for another.

And probably my biggest one…

❌ Let you spend money with me if I genuinely don't think you need to.

I'd rather have you come back because you trust me than leave thinking I've just rinsed your bank account. 💕
