✨️Some recent adaptations at Rebalance👇

~ photo 1: adapted facial & scalp massage treatment to include jaw release & correction of fascial pulling. This included myofascial release, tension-release massage, sculpting with tools and manual lymphatic drainage of chest, neck, face & scalp. We also included some sound therapy through tuning forks, focusing on acupressure points. 1 hour 15mins, £60.

~ photo 2: C-Section scar massage, myofascial release and adhesions release of abdomen and hips followed by a full back massage & hair combing - £75.

~ photo 3: Indian head massage (seated) followed by a full back massage (lying down) - £75.

🧡such an interesting training last week; becoming qualified in tuning forks and learning how to use sound therapy to heal the body.

🧡Thank you Pauline at Peace Of Mind Therapies for such an enjoyable experience!

✅️This will be incorporated into my reiki sessions but is available to all current clients to try for a wee free taster - just let me know at your next session if you're interested 🙂

✅️There's a lot of science behind using different sound frequencies to rebalance and heal the body. I look forward to exploring this for myself too once baby no3 is here!

💔5 years really have flown by - next week marks the start of the school chapter for my oldest son & therefore some adjusted opening hours at Rebalance👇

ℹ️From w/c 24th Aug; Rebalance opening days/times will be:
~ Mon, Tues, Thurs: 9.30am - 2.30pm;
~ Sat: 9.30am - 5.30pm;
~ possibly Mon & Wed evenings: 5pm - 8.30pm (stay tuned).
