DL Sports Massage Therapy

Hi Folks just a quick introduction post on starting my new venture!

My name is Darragh Lafferty, I am a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer.

The gym has been a big part of my life over the past 5 years and one thing I have learned is along with training to keep fit and feel good, regular tissue work has also played a huge role in me feeling my best and keeping me injury free.

I'm excited to starting this journey and look forward to also taking on more courses to further educate myself and provide more services to my clients!

Spaces will be advertised weekly and bookings can be made via DM or text (will have a booking system operating soon) I will be operating on a part time basis to start so spaces will be limited but I will do my best to accommodate everyone and will hope to be running full time soon.
