If you have been in for a treatment with me or even know me personally this is something I always go on about (amongst many other things 🥰🤪
The way you speak to yourself isn't separate from your skin — your brain and all the systems in your body including your nervous system is listening to every word you say !!!!!!!
Harsh self-talk reads as stress, and stress shows up as inflammation, breakouts, a barrier that can't settle.
So here's the really important question:
