Kirsty at TLC

💚 A little something for our anxious children 💚

With the SEAG tests coming up for our P7s and Christmas exams for secondary school children, there's a lot of heads full of worry at the minute. ❤️

I've put together a reflexology routine that parents can try at home to help their children relax and switch off, especially at bedtime.

Even just taking 10 minutes out of the evening for a bit of relaxation and one-to-one time can make such a difference. 🥰

I've also included a calming essential oil blend which is available to buy for £6. 🌿

Please give this a share as you never know what parent might find it useful, especially if their child is struggling with exam nerves or anxiety.

Sometimes they just need a little reassurance and time to switch off from all the pressure. 💚

I always start taking this around this time of year when all the colds and bugs start doing the rounds 🤧🍂

Martin takes it all year round and has done for almost 2 years now, every single day! He's actually been trialling a new product from Theresa these past few weeks too! 👀

I love supporting local, especially when it's something we use ourselves at home❤️

The Super Elixir 💚

With the impending cold weather☔😭 and kids being advised to layer up in school to save on heating costs it will come as no surprise that colds and flu's will be in abundance in each household very soon.

The Super Elixir will not stop this but what it has done for customers is lessen the hit of previous years and at times bypassed them when other family members were dosed in bed.

How?
1 x 30ml shot per day helps your immune system strengthen and has helped so many people with various conditions ranging from energy levels, brain fog, bowels, joint pain, cracked skin, fatigue, brighter skin etc.

Freshly made for collection, still only £10 per bottle = 14x 30ml shots per bottle(500ml). Bbf 14 day in fridge.

Consistency is key therefore this must be taken daily to see results.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀💗

Just a little post to send lots of love to all my lovely clients and anyone else who has been affected by breast cancer, whether you’re going through it yourself or supporting someone you love. 💕
Thinking of you all this month. 🫶🏼

And please remember to check yourself — you know your own body best. 🎀

I’ve had so many messages lately asking about evening appointments 🤎

My evenings from 6pm are almost fully booked until 25th November 🫶

I do have a few scattered spaces for shorter treatments, so it’s always worth sending me a wee message to check.

Any cancellations will be posted on my socials, or if you’d like added to my cancellation list, just let me know 🤎

As always, thank you for keeping me so busy 🥰 xx

One of my lovely regular clients is a teacher at St Columba’s, and I also have so many of the children’s mummies who come to me as clients, so I know how much this little school means to so many families. 💚

It’s such an important part of the local community and it would be heartbreaking to see it close.

If you have a wee minute, please sign and share their petition. Every signature and share helps get their voices heard. 💚
Let’s get behind St Columba’s and the families fighting to keep their school open. 🤞💚

How are we nearly at the end of the summer holidays already 🥹

Trying not to feel guilty about what we didn’t get round to doing and just enjoy these last wee days as they are 🤍
