Our Your Best You treatment has been thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, rebalance, and feel more like yourself again.

Combining a deeply relaxing full-body massage with a soothing facial, the treatment also uses heated Himalayan salt stones, gentle stretches, joint rotations, and lymphatic facial techniques to ease tension and encourage a sense of restoration.

Perfect for those experiencing feelings of stress, low energy, puffiness, or simply needing time to switch off, reset, and be cared for.

Choose your perfect way to unwind with either a morning experience, including brunch, or an afternoon experience, including Afternoon Tea. Both include a 30-minute treatment of your choice, a hot drink and slice of cake, plus plenty of time to enjoy our heated outdoor pools and thermal facilities.
