There have been SO many new faces around here lately that I thought it was time for a proper hello...

Hi, I’m Rita! 👋

So, I’ll give you a quick backstory: growing up, I always felt like the hairy one. Cue years of bleaching, then waxing… and somehow that turned into a whole career 😂 Fast forward 30+ years of working with hair and skin, including 15 years in my home salon, and here we are at RIRI Laser Clinic.

These days I’m all about laser hair removal. If you’re fed up with shaving every other day, sitting through waxing, or dealing with ingrowns and strawberry legs, trust me, I’ve been there, and I get it. It’s not just the hair, it’s the faff, the irritation and how it makes you feel. (And yes, I still do waxing for anyone who’s loyal to it!)

When I’m not in clinic, I’m juggling about 101 other jobs. Being a mum, cooking, cleaning… you know how it is! People always ask how I find the time, and honestly, I’m still working that one out 😂 But if you ever need to find me, I’ll be in the kitchen whipping up a homemade feast. Cooking is my second love, and I’m not ashamed to say my meals are pretty incredible, (says my children and hubby) 🤣🍲

Honestly, I pinch myself that this is my job. Helping you feel comfy and confident in your own skin is the best feeling ever 🫶

And now for the exciting bit… BIG things are coming! If you’ve been keeping up, you’ll know the clinic is in the middle of a huge renovation, and I am SO excited to show you the finished result.

“How many sessions will I need?” is the question we get asked most, so here’s the honest answer 👇

Most clients need 6-8 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, because laser can only treat hairs that are actively growing at the time. Your exact number depends on your hair, skin, the area and your hormones.

Just wanted to give a little appreciation post to this man 🤍

My husband. He has been working SO hard on the new clinic renovations, genuinely does not stop. Works his full time job, then comes home and still finds the energy to do everything he possibly can here too.

And to everyone feeding him ice cream and sweets along the way, thank you, it’s honestly helping more than you know 😂

He really is amazing, and none of this would even be possible without him. I want this renovation to be something truly special for all of you, and the truth is, it’s only happening because of him.
