My own experience is a big part of why supporting our students means so much to me.
Whether you need us before or after your course, we want you to feel comfortable asking questions. That’s what we’re here for 🤍
Before you choose your aesthetics training, ask what support actually includes—both before you start and once you’re treating your own clients.
Don’t be that practitioner!
Whatever treatment your client comes in for, the conversation should cover:
▪️ Their concerns and what they want to achieve
▪️ Their medical history and suitability for treatment
▪️ Their anatomy and what’s happening in the area
▪️ What you recommend and why
▪️ Realistic results, limitations and alternatives
▪️ What can go wrong and what to do if it does (and if they struggle to hear this, they shouldn’t be having the treatment)
▪️ Aftercare and follow-up

Before treating the cheeks, there’s another area I always assess…
The temples.
If they’re hollow, treating the cheeks alone can still leave the upper face looking unbalanced.
Here I’m using tiny microdroplets of dermal filler to soften the hollow and create a smoother transition from the temple into the cheek.
Not everyone needs their temples treated—but they should always be assessed as part of the whole face.
