But when you book an appointment with me, that time is specifically reserved for you. And when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, there often isn’t enough time for another client to take that slot.

I’ll always treat genuine circumstances with kindness and understanding, but I also need a cancellation/reschedule policy that protects my business and my time.
