Hi everyone! I am sharing a quick update regarding my booking terms and conditions.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This applies to all appointments booked both online and directly within the salon.

Deposit Rates:

Treatments under £50: A flat £10.00 deposit is required.

Treatments of £50 and over: A 20% deposit of the total booking fee is required.

Please note: Your deposit will be fully deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy: 48-Hour Notice: Deposits are strictly non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.

Why this matters: I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave empty gaps in my schedule that are very difficult to fill at short notice.

This policy helps protect my small business and ensures other clients don't miss out on available slots.

No-Show Policy:If you fail to show up for your appointment without making any attempt to contact me, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront before you can book any future treatments with me.
