Menopause support from someone who gets it because I’m there too! I am a qualified and insured nail technician and sienna x spray tanner based in Wistaston, Crewe, Cheshire. I love doing nails and tanning and provide a personal service, with the flexibility of day and evening appointments to suit individual needs. Whether it be a manicure, nail or toe extensions, overlays or just a nail colour required, I shall endeavour to ensure your nails look their natural best. Damaged nails and nail biters are very welcome, there is always something that can be done to improve them - trust me, I used to be a nail biter so nothing will surprise me. Nails by Suzy specialises in natural looking nails with the application of Gel and/or Polydip which is cured under LED. Many acrylic users have moved away from traditional acrylic. What I offer looks very natural are flexible and allow own nails to grow successfully. Gel can be applied over nail enhancements and the natural nail. You can be assured of having excellent quality products used during your nail service. Nails by Suzy do not use any products tested on animals, do not contain MMA or use electric files. All filing/buffing is carried out by hand with no damage to your nails and each client has their own set of files used on them. For those of you who would just like a colour on the natural nail that doesn't chip or take ages to dry then I have something for you too. Gelish and Gell II is a fantastic soak off gel and is available in over many colours. The gel is cured under LED light and can be used to enhance a manicure or extension which performs like a gel but applies like a polish. Increases nail strength, is super shiny, chip free, scratch free, smudge free and lasts for 3 weeks and can be soaked off in 15 mins. 🦋True You Haven Cancellation Policy🦋
I completely understand that sometimes life happens and appointments need to change. However, as a small independent business, last minute cancellations and missed appointments have a real impact on my time and income.
When you book an appointment with True You Haven (Nails by Suzy) that time is reserved especially for you and cannot always be filled at short notice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
• More than 48 hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of your booked treatment will apply.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of your booked treatment will apply.
• No shows or cancelling at the time of your appointment: The full cost of the booked treatment will be charged.
• If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the appointment may still be chargeable.
I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances do happen, and I will always use common sense and treat each situation individually.
Why this matters
True You Haven is a small business, not a hobby. I have a family, household bills and business costs, and when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, I cannot replace that income.

Right, I’m just going to say it straight…
