Bimse, my receptionist, is taking the day off from her duties due to the heath.
I told her we have air conditioning now, but she does not seem to be listening 😅
What a beautiful morning! Sunny and misty. Went for a long one before returning home to my delivery of aromatherapy and massage oils, which is good as I used them for work.

What a glorious first day of 2026! Went for a long walk on the beach to get the rays and fresh, crispy air. Wow.

Taking time to recharge on a yoga retreat in beautiful Portugal. A bit of "me time" in the stunning countryside.
Loving the practice, food, location and the people.
The nearby beaches are gorgeous.
I am so glad to have taken this time off.
