RESPECTING OUR TIME – BOOKING POLICY UPDATE ✂️
Hi, I love my work and every one of you who sits in my chair.
Unfortunately, recent situations have forced me to tighten my rules regarding absences. My time, just like yours, is valuable. Preparing the station and reserving several hours for one person is a cost I incur personally when someone doesn't show up. In light of this, I am introducing the following rules:
1. 100% Payment Policy: A reminder that failure to attend without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
2. Attempting to Avoid Fees: Anyone who intentionally avoids settling the balance for a missed appointment will be immediately placed on my BLACKLIST.
3. Returning after a "No-show": If such an individual wishes to return to the salon in the future, they will be required to:
- Settle the outstanding bill from the previous missed visit.
- Pay 100% of the new service amount upfront (prepayment).
