✨ Cancellation & Appointment Policy ✨

I completely understand that sometimes plans change, and I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible. However, appointments are reserved especially for you, so I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.

48+ hours' notice
No charge, and I’ll be happy to rearrange your appointment.

Less than 48 hours' notice
A 50% cancellation fee of your appointment price will apply.

Same-day cancellation or no-show
A 100% fee of the appointment price may be charged.

Deposits
A deposit may be required for colour, extensions, bridal bookings and longer appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show.

Late arrivals
Please let me know if you’re running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean that your appointment needs to be shortened, rearranged or cancelled, depending on the service booked.

I really appreciate your understanding. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in my diary that are often impossible to fill at short notice.
