💚 A little personal update & a BIG thank you! 💚

As many of you know, my little girl Sakura is currently in hospital. Unfortunately, we’ve now been told we’ll be here for at least another 4 days whilst we await further input from the surgeons at Alder Hey. 🥺❤️

I just want to say a massive thank you to all my lovely clients for being so patient, kind and understanding whilst I try to juggle being a mummy and running the salon. 🫶🏼

Please bear with us over the coming days. Myself, Donna and Beth are doing everything we can behind the scenes to shuffle appointments around and keep things running as smoothly as possible.

If you have an upcoming appointment that may be affected, one of us will be in touch. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate everyone! 🤎

For now, my priority is being by Sakura’s side and getting my little girl better. 💕

We just wanted to share a little reminder about preparing for your appointments to help us provide the best possible treatments.

✨ Lash Appointments – Please arrive with clean lashes and eyes, free from mascara, eyeliner and other eye makeup. This helps us achieve the best results from your treatment.

✨ Hair Appointments – If you’re booked in for a haircut without a wash, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean, fresh hair, free from excessive product build-up.

✨ Personal Hygiene – We kindly ask all clients to arrive fresh and ready for their treatments. Maintaining good hygiene helps us keep the salon a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

These little things make such a difference and allow us to spend more time focusing and prioritising on giving you the best possible experience.
