Jo is passionate about health and well being and is a highly qualified Clinical and Holistic massage therapist with experience of clients of all gender and age. Jo has over 20 years experience as a qualified nurse which has provided her with the skills to deliver highly professional, caring and person centered care successfully treating and managing a variety of pain related injuries including Back Pain , Neck and shoulder injuries , also Migraines Stress and Tension
Jo's relaxed, friendly and professional approach will ensure you feel confident and at ease in her care

Following a free, confidential consultation, Jo will provide each client with tailored, bespoke massage treatments to suit their requirements. Whether you are sporty and active and need to release tension in tight, sore muscles, a keen gardener with aches and strains, suffering from stress and tension or simply looking for some time out to totally relax and indulge in a wonderful treatment, you can be sure to leave feeling as if you are floating on air! Swedish Massage offers a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment which eases tension and melts away stress from both body and mind
Deep Tissue massage combined with Trigger Point or Myofacial release is for those looking for a deeper more concentrated massage. Great for treating chronic aches and pains or stiffness
