For this beautiful client, I used a small amount of filler to gently improve the projection and shape of the chin, keeping everything soft and natural.

As always, I used ultrasound throughout the treatment so I could visualise the anatomy and blood vessels beneath the skin and place the filler as safely and precisely as possible.

I’m a big believer in taking our time with aesthetics. It’s not about changing your face, it’s about working with what you already have and making subtle changes that still feel like you.

The tear trough is one of the most delicate and technically demanding areas to treat. The right patient can achieve a beautifully refreshed, well rested appearance, but the wrong treatment plan can do more harm than good. Careful patient selection is essential.
That’s why I use ultrasound imaging as part of my assessment and treatment process.

Ultrasound allows me to visualise the anatomy beneath the skin, helping identify blood vessels, previous filler, and individual anatomical variations. This added layer of information supports safer treatment planning and gives my patients greater confidence in their care.
