We recently welcomed Laura to our chamber. Laura lives with MS and deals every day with low energy, constant fatigue and tiredness.

What happens inside? 🌿
Our soft chamber works at 1.45 bar with a balanced mix of three gases that research suggests may work together:

A warm welcome to Christopher & Lyndsey! 💙

Today we had the pleasure of hosting Christopher and Lyndsey for their very first session in our chamber, and what wonderful, positive people they are!

Like many of our guests, they came to us looking for a way to ease joint discomfort and get their energy back. After just one session, they told us the joint pain had almost disappeared, and both felt a real surge of energy. In their words, they felt happier and more rewarded.

Meet Gillian and Douglas — brother and sister who walked in a little sceptical, and walked out with results beyond their wildest expectations. 💙

Douglas works physically as a builder, so joint pain, stiffness, and fatigue are daily companions on the job. Before his session: fatigue at 8/10, joint pain at 5-6/10. After two hours at 1.45 bar in the chamber: fatigue down to 2/10, pain down to 2/10, and his joints moving noticeably smoother and more freely.
He came in with his sister Gillian, who's been dealing with chronic knee pain (usually 8-9/10) and chronic fatigue (8/10). After her session, both numbers dropped to zero — no pain, no fatigue.

✨ Another full house at Normobaric Glasgow! ✨
This week we welcomed a beautiful family session —

James and his partner Lorna, together with his parents John and Roseann — all coming together under one roof (well, one chamber 🫧) to recharge as a family, at a pressure of 1.45 bar.

John has been dealing with leg pain and swelling, and after his session he noticed the swelling looked visibly reduced, with his pain easing too. Lorna, who lives with fibromyalgia, shared that her pain also eased and she felt noticeably less fatigued afterwards. 💙

We always say wellness works best as a team effort — and this family proved it, spanning two generations. Huge thanks to James for trusting us and bringing his whole nearest and dearest along for the experience.
