The second photo was taken three years ago after my client, Sophie, had been bleaching her own hair during lockdown, which resulted in overlapping bleach, breakage, and significant damage.

Fast forward to today (the first photo), and just look at the difference.

This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took consistency, patience, and the right hair care plan. We focused on:
