2026 Price Increase 💫

This week alone I’ve had four “no show” appointments, which amounts to over five hours of unused appointment time. As I’m usually fully booked several weeks in advance, missed appointments make it difficult to rebook clients within a desired timeframe. I also have a waiting list of clients eager for appointments, and unfortunately when someone doesn’t attend, that slot can’t be offered to someone else.

Most clients receive appointment reminders via email, but I’d also recommend noting your appointment in your diary or calendar. If you’re unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I’m always happy to try and reschedule when notice is given.

I kindly ask that you’re considerate of both myself and other clients who are waiting for appointments. This is my sole source of income, and like everyone, I have both personal and business expenses that rely on these bookings.

Due to this, a non refundable booking fee will be required when making future appointments. This fee can be transferred to another appointment as long as 48 hours notice is given.
