Insecure greedy men hijacked humanity 10,000 years ago and completely tipped the balance of power in their favour and 10,000 years later here we are still living in the aftermath of that thinking it’s “the norm”..

But the hair industry gets to get away with that corruption in plain sight , because with the power and control being done (what they think is) subtlety and subliminally and with the absence of your typical manosphere Andrew Tate types .. we think we’re safe from it ..

But the dictatorship in a female space , a space where women created $90 billion dollars of wealth , leads to chaos and competition.
Because this multi millennia high jacking meant women could only survive if men allowed it .. it was only 50 years ago we were allowed a bank account without men’s signatures ..

So how does that manifest in the hair industry ..
Men get to decide who wins , whose successful, whose worthy , whose “perfect” by THEIR standards .

The true feminine power and leadership does no such thing. Or our species would cease to exist … which is why over the last 10,000 years of male ruling .. it’s headed that way . We lead with mother energy , nurturing , sharing , encouragement, love .

Now for the women who see past this BS it doesn’t effect us but when you’re still in the trap and you think YOURE not good enough . You compete . And you tell everyone else not competing , not meeting impossible , irrelevant standards- they’re not good enough . Because that’s the mindset you beleive to be true .

And the men creating this chaos and competition in the industry , can rely on the attitudes of these women to breed more insecurity and jealousy because they know it works , it worked on them … it’s their biggest trick . Just saying

You see this type of corrupt BS only works on women (and men) who don’t understand the power the last 7 million years worth of women were born with .. the one it took men the last 10,000 years to TRY control out of us ..

But the men still doing it in the hairdressing industry get to hide doing it in plain sight ..

You only have to control things you’re scared are more powerful than you .
