I couldn’t resist adding a little bit of moon magic to my treatment room! 🌙✨

There’s something about the moon that just feels calming, peaceful and magical, and I wanted to bring a little of that feeling into my little piece of calm for you to enjoy while you're here 🤍

🌙 A few interesting moon facts...

✨ Moonlight is actually reflected sunlight — the Moon doesn't produce its own light

✨ The Moon has influenced human activity and sleep patterns for thousands of years. Research has found some associations between lunar phases and changes in sleep timing, although scientists are still investigating exactly how strong and consistent these effects are

✨ Light and darkness play an important role in our body's natural circadian rhythm, which helps regulate when we feel awake and sleepy

✨ And perhaps my favourite fact... before modern artificial lighting, moonlight was one of the natural sources of light available after sunset, meaning humans have shared a relationship with the Moon for a very, very long time 🌙🤍

I’m sorry I’ve been a little quiet lately… I’ve been hit with a dreaded cold that has completely knocked me sideways! 🤧🥴

I’m taking some time to rest and recover, and I honestly can’t wait to feel better and get back to doing what I love the most — making you all feel relaxed, pampered and a little bit more like yourselves 🤍
