What actually is it???

A muscle knot is an area where muscle fibers stay tight and irritated. It can feel like a hard or tender lump and may hurt when you press it or move. Common causes include prolonged sitting, overuse, stress, or awkward posture.

Areas of physical tension in the body are deeply interconnected. Due to a network of connective tissue called fascia, as well as kinetic chains (how muscles and joints work together), tension in one zone frequently triggers pain or stiffness in another.

What is the sole renewal pedicure???

This treatment includes a warm mitt foot cleanse, followed by a callous tonic which is applied to the hard areas on the soles of the feet, a foot wrasp, followed by a rose petal foot soak, relaxing foot massage, hydrating mask and then nails and cuticle tidy, finished with either a Polish or Gel. (Gel is xtra).
