I’m going to be taking a little unexpected break and will be closed until the end of August due to a medical reason.

Well... it's been an eventful week or so! 🙈

First, we had the heatwave... and then I came down with shingles! Thankfully, I caught it early, started medication straight away, and it did the trick. I was lucky not to become too unwell.

I'm pleased to say I'm now feeling much better and I'm back doing what I love – helping you relax, ease those aches and pains, and take some well-deserved time for yourself.
