BOOK AHEAD WHERE POSSIBLE..
HELPFUL HINTS FOR ENJOYING YOUR SUNBED IN THE WARMER WEATHER:
☀️ Stay hydrated - before & after your session
☀️ Make sure you have eaten. Tanning on an empty stomach is never a good idea - even in cooler temperatures.
☀️ Reduce your sessions if you’re feeling the heat, as much as our beds are cooler than outside - your body is experiencing much hotter temperatures than normal.
☀️ Avoid outdoor tanning on the same day as your sunbed session
☀️ Take extra care after your session, dehydration & heat don’t go well together. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE 💦
☀️ We don’t recommend using tingle lotions during a heatwave
