My client lives abroad for part of the year and travels frequently, so we carefully timed each treatment around her time back home and periods of minimal sun exposure - because with microneedling, timing and safe treatment intervals matter.
I’m incredibly happy with the reduction in the appearance of lines and the overall improvement in skin texture - just wow 😍
Alongside her treatments, we also worked on improving her home skincare routine and, most importantly, maintaining daily SPF 50. This is a must! 👏🏻

My microneedling healing journey 🍓❤️🔥
Everyone’s healing journey will be slightly different. I’ve seen some clients whose redness has subsided by the end of the treatment, others who’ve told me it’s taken until that evening, and others who’ve told me it’s taken 3 days.
If you have sensitive skin, or suffer with rosacea then give yourself that little bit more time when it comes to expectations.
When clients ask me “how long will it take my skin to heal” I can’t provide the exact timeframe, that fully depends on your skin, its inflammatory & healing response.
But what I can tell you is that it’s temporary and the results are so worth it ✨
Please note: I perform microneedling on myself every 4-8 weeks (when my schedule allows). Results are more noticeable with time and regular treatments. Don’t expect amazing results after only one session. Consistency really is key 🩷
& relax… enjoy anything from 15 minutes to collect your thoughts or catch some z’s while you lay under the LED.
