It is a legal requirement in Wales that anyone offering tattoo treatments including semi-permanent makeup, Microblading, lip blush or brows must have a personal Special Procedures License and must be operating from an Approved Premises ✅

This ensures that they are fully compliant with public health and hygiene regulations and have a minimum qualification of Level 2 Infection Prevention and Control.
