Job Title: Senior Barber (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Barry, South Wales
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 5 days a week
Salary: Competitive Guaranteed Wage (Negotiable based on elite experience)

About Us:
We are a highly busy, premium, and well-established barbershop located in the heart of Barry. Operating on a modern, app-based appointment booking system, our chairs are consistently full, and our reputation is second to none. We pride ourselves on top-tier styling, sharp precision, and a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

The Role:
We are looking for an elite, fully qualified Senior Barber with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our busy team. You must be fully competent in all fields of modern and traditional barbering.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of industry experience on the shop floor.

· Flawless ex*****on in all fields: skin fades, classic scissor work, long hair, beard styling, and cut-throat razor work.

· A strong professional work ethic and excellent client communication skills.

· Ability to work efficiently within an app-based booking schedule, maintaining high quality under time constraints.
