Just a heads up, work is busier than ever so I'd recommend booking ahead when possible to avoid disappointment. It's still worth asking short notice as things change if people reschedule, but I would secure a spot in advance 😊

If you have been feeling out of sorts, not sleeping well, or if you'd love a moment truly to yourself with no demands and nothing asked of you, our sound bath sessions are the perfect remedy 🥰 You are welcome to join us at Llanrumney Hall, Tuesday 6th October, where you can simply lay back, close your eyes and enjoy the healing frequencies of our candlelit Sound bath session.

"Omg, my brain was quiet!" 💭✨ I hear this from my neurodivergent and overthinking clients all the time. When you live with ADHD or a mind that’s constantly running 100 miles an hour, "just relaxing" feels impossible, but you'd be surprised what happens during my treatments. While muscles are of course a focus point during a massage, my main focus is always the nervous system, not only with massage but in everything I do. Whether it's Massage, Reiki healing, the Japanese head spa, Facials, ASMR sessions, Sound healing... nurturing the nervous system is always the most important thing. If you'd like some help with easing stress and quietening your mind, you're absolutely welcome here 🧡

A sound bath is the most relaxing healing experience, if you've never been before I'd definitely recommend trying it. This is another business I run with a good friend of mine, we would love to see you there. Bring a blanket & a pillow, lay back and experience another level of peace ✨️ 🥰
