This picture encapsulates how I am feeling today. Take it easy especially when things get stressful for you! Stress is something we can't avoid, nor should we ignore it either but one thing we we can all do is to manage it.
Take care of your body, unwind, listen to relaxing music, exercise, laugh, hug a loved one, go for a walk in nature, stroke your pet, these are just a few of the ways we can relax and de-stres.

My One Wish for Christmas This Year. 💜
With a new variant and the unpredictability that Covid-19 brings, my one wish for Christmas this year is that all my family from all over including Spain, UK and The Bahamas can all travel safely to spend Christmas with me and my husband in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Mark and I are both so excited about Christmas to see all our loved ones and family and now we sit tightly and pray, hoping for the best that all will work out ok without any further restrictions or cancellations, this year! 🙏
