Four weeks with and I’m genuinely obsessed 🤍
These meals have been an absolute game changer for my inflammation, my mental health, and honestly just my overall energy. Beyond the food itself, it’s given me back time and a bit of mental headspace from the overwhelming mental load.
I had one week off them recently (a week with my nephew) and I’m already feeling the flare up creep back in and my mental health dip. It’s the reminder I needed that nourishing my body properly isn’t a luxury, it’s foundational for me being healthy. Fuel yourself well my darlings 🤍

Slowly learning to carve out little pockets of time for me again 🤍
For so long my focus has been on being the best mum and navigating the biggest transformation of my life. But I’m realising that self care is so essential for me, it’s part of my healing and how I have to live.
The little things bring me back to myself… fresh hair, a new yoga mat & spray, nourishing my body with foods that support my gut, reading again, spa days, making my nails pretty, my favourite Dior beauty bits and finding balance in my hormones again.
I’m slowly finding my way back to those parts of me that I missed.
Not trying to become who I was before as I can’t be but I am creating a new version of me. A softer, healthier one 🤍

Brow gel reviews so you don’t have to waste your money 🤍
I’ve tried so many brow gels over the years from high street to high end, honestly so many. But HD Brows Clear Brow Gel is my absolute favourite. I genuinely have no complaints with this at all. The hold is amazing, it doesn’t go flaky or white, and it keeps the brows lifted all day without feeling heavy. On HD’s website it’s £16.50 and in my opinion it’s completely worth it.
My second favourite is the Diorshow On Set Brow (clear or tinted). The tinted one is especially lush because it gives a little bit of colour and makes the brows look more finished without needing much else. The only downside for me is that it doesn’t hold the brow hairs as strongly, it’s more of a soft set rather than a firm hold. Still beautiful for everyday wear though and usually is around £30 🤍
